GENERAL QUALIFICATION
Founding Partner
Founding member organization, contributing seed money as in article 2.4 and monthly contribution fees as mentioned in 2.4 and are accountable for voting and be able to participate in positions of the association at general meeting election.
Should be an active organization in the Myanmar Digital Economy landscape with experience working in Myanmar Digital Content ecosystem and have to put seeding fund as mentioned in membership fees.
Industrial Partner
Complementary membership type. Telecom and Regulatory organization, contributing Myanmar Digital Content Ecosystem and are accountable for voting at general meeting election.
Should be an active telecom and/or regulatory bodies who are the key and law making and shaping Myanmar digital economy landscape.
Ecosystem Enhancer
Individual or groups, relating any investment or JV ventures with founding partner or association, endorsed by at least one founding partner or industrial partner.
Individual or groups, endorsed by at least one founding partner or industrial partner with annual fees as in article 2.4 per annum and are accountable for voting at general meeting election.
Ecosystem Operator
Complementary membership / payable membership type. Individual or groups, relating in-kind contribution of any sort or the community of the association itself operated ventures, endorsed by at least two founding partners and/or industrial partners.
Individual or groups, contributing regular in-kind effort of some sort to association with milestones.
Ordinary Member
Individuals and groups who endorse the objectives of the Association and have joined the Association in order to support the Association.
Member contributing annual fees as in article 2.4 per annum.
Supporting Member
Complementary membership type. Individuals and groups who endorse the objectives of the Association and have joined the Association in order to support the Association.
Member contributing in-kind voluntary work in Association’s related jobs.
Complementary membership types (including supporting members) are extended to both students and faculty of any bona-fide institution of learning, to include additional complementary memberships may be granted to persons in key positions of authority as deemed appropriate by the Executive Board, and voted upon by the general membership.
